How to combine PDF files
- Add. Select at least two PDFs or drag them into the box. Add more whenever you need.
- Arrange. Drag files or use the arrow buttons. Pages within each file keep their order.
- Merge & download. Select “Merge PDFs,” then “Download PDF.” Open merged.pdf and check the result.

Limits & useful tips
Combine up to 50 PDFs, 200 MB in total, and 5,000 pages. Your device may need a smaller batch, especially for large scans. Close other tabs if memory runs low and keep this page open while merging.
Each file must be a real PDF with a .pdf extension. Renaming an image or Word document will not convert it. If a file cannot be read, export a fresh PDF and try again.
Merging joins pages; it does not compress files, edit their contents, or make scans searchable. Page sizes and orientations stay as they are. Forms, bookmarks, attachments, accessibility tags, and signatures may not be preserved. Keep your originals.
When is merging useful?
Combine PDF files for an application packet, meeting agenda, set of invoices, or assignment with appendices. Put the introduction first, then supporting documents. Follow the recipient’s file-size and naming requirements.
What happens to my files?
PDF processing runs in a worker on your device. Our code does not upload files, log their names or contents, or save your selection in browser storage or cookies. Clearing the list or leaving releases its references; this is not secure memory erasure. Originals and downloads remain on your device.
Normal website requests still reach Cloudflare. Ads and analytics are currently disabled. Read the privacy policy for hosting and email details.
Why is an encrypted PDF rejected?
We never bypass PDF protection, even when a file opens without a password. With permission, export an unencrypted copy in a trusted PDF app first. Do not send us passwords or private documents.
Can I merge PDFs on a phone?
Yes. Use a current browser, select PDFs with the file picker, and reorder with the arrows. Your download may appear in a save dialog or the browser’s download list. Start with a small batch on a phone.
